November 19th, 7 opponents of Governor Corbett's new mass incarceration project blocked construction traffic at SCI Graterford. Opponents of the prison erected a school house on the grounds and set up desks with the intention of transforming this institution of repression into a facility for solidarity, growth and learning.

A notice of condemnation was issued citing "SEVERE AND IMMINENT THREAT OF DANGER TO INDIVIDUALS AND COMMUNITIES TARGETED BY A SYSTEM OF MASS INCARCERATION".
