Seth Williams told the New York Times he will not seek Life Without Parole for people being re-sentenced under the Miller/Montgomery decisions, which made mandatory Juvenile Life Without Parole sentences unconstitutional. But he is pushing plea deals from 35-life, meaning people sentenced as children will leave prison as elders or not at all. Other counties in PA have already brought home their loved ones home, and Philadelphia must do the same.
